In 2010 I started the blog Born Frowning as a platform for my writing, and as an opportunity to experiment and develop my voice.
Between early 2010 and some time in 2013 I wrote one short story a month. A lot of tough things happened in this period of my life, so it stands as almost emotional autobiography as much as individual works of fiction.
It fizzled out as I began to work on longer projects. There’s a lot in here that is rushed, or just not very good, but some pieces I’m really proud of and mean a lot to me.
